Dutch Healthcare Supplier Sensire chooses SCOTTY to realize the first IP Video Telecare Call Centre, providing the elderly access to remote healthcare from the comfort of their own homes.Graz (Austria) – Doetinchem (The Netherlands), November 11, 2005: Further to the announcement made in March 2005, SCOTTY is pleased to report that the initial order of videoconferencing systems has now been implemented and that the roll-out of 700 videoconferencing systems, recently shipped to Dutch Healthcare Specialist Sensire, is well underway. The equipment is part of an IP Video Call Centre Solution encompassing patient stations, operator stations, server hard- and software as well as Virtual Call Centre Manager software.
