Analyzers, Laboratory, Urine, Automated

Definition : Laboratory urine analyzers that, once the urine is placed in the analyzer, are dispensed onto the dipstick. The results are then determined and a report is generated with minimal involvement of technicians. In addition to analyte detection, some of these analyzers, can measure the specific gravity of the urine specimen and/or examine urinary sediments using intelligent microscope techniques, so the final report includes the results of the chemical analysis, the specific gravity, and the microscopic analysis.
