Definition : Modified motion-picture cameras designed to obtain images directly from the output phosphor of the image intensifier. These cameras are similar to standard motion-picture (movie) cameras, but expose films in a higher format. Radiographic photospot cameras are frequently used for direct radiography imaging during barium studies.
