Definition : Warming units designed to heat plastic eyeglass frames softening the material to allow the insertion or adjustment of lenses. Plastic eyeglass warming units are usually temperature regulated in a range typically from 70 to 150 degrees Celsius (158 to 300 degrees Fahrenheit).
