Dental Applicators, Endodontic

Definition : Dental applicators designed to hold cotton or other absorbent material fibers for the application of liquids into root canals. These applicators are typically slender flexible instruments with a rough, round cross section tapered at the working end that can hold the cotton fibers without slipping. Endodontic dental applicators are used mainly to clean, apply medications, and/or sterilize the empty root canal.
